After being lost most part of the day hiking alone on Bear Mountain NY, thinking I may have to camp out if I don't find my way back to my car soon. Surprisingly at this point I realised where I was and found my car to drive back to NYC. I also realised my mind had not been this peaceful, clear, and focused in a long time. All feelings of anxiety, insecurity, and worry were gone. From that day on I realised the healing powers of Mother Nature and how important it is for us to connect and respect and protect our environment. So here's my New Age rock song.
